Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions provide the basis for a good working relationship between RoneriaDesigns ("RoneriaDesigns.","I","Me") and you (the “Client”). These terms form an integral part of the agreement between "RoneriaD."/RoneriaDesig and the Client.

The following terms and conditions apply to all products and services provided by RoneriaDesigns. All work is carried out by TheBrandoc on the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions.

Copy Rights & Ownership

RoneriaDesigns retains the right to use work produced for the Client as part of my portfolio online and for promotional purposes unless agreed upon otherwise. Any material or ideas prepared or submitted to you from me, RoneriaDesigns that you choose not to accept as yours or which you have not yet paid for will remain RoneriaDesigns property (regardless of whether my work is in your possession via email or social media.) and may be submitted to other clients for their use. You, the Client, do not own rights to any unclaimed drafts. Copyrighting and/or trademarking your logo is solely up to you and not the responsibility of TheBrandoc.

Release of Rights & Ownership

Upon completion of your project and payment, I, as the designer, release and grant permission to you, the Client, to use the designs for whichever purpose suits you best. This includes printing, enlargements, social media advertisements and promotions, and usage on website pages. I also grant permission and ownership of your logo designs to you once it is completed.

Communication / Updates

All communication will be done via text/email. RoneriaDesigbs does not provide frequent updates throughout the design process. All updates will be posted via social media Instagram. Please expect to be only contacted when approvals are needed and or your order is ready on the due date provided.

I do not work on weekends or holidays. For any reason if I am not available to work during a business day, I will be sure to communicate that prior. If for any reason, you, the Client, contacts me outside of my scheduled business hours, I will be sure to respond on the next permissible business day. Please allow 24-48 hours for me to respond to any business inquiries.

Turn-around times

Please carefully read the description of each service prior to booking. Each service and project has its own turnaround that is stated and detailed underneath the respective service. If by any chance, I, Roneria Designs, cannot honor this time, I will let you, the Client, know of any delay.

It is extremely important to complete projects in a timely manner. However, due to the uniqueness of each project and client, more time may be needed for satisfied completion. Please be advised that all time frames relate to business days only. During peak/busy times, there may be an extension in the design timeframe of 1-3 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the time frame of any project.

Payments / Deposits

1. 50% of payment is due before the project can begin. Please note that turnaround times may increase based upon when payment is received. Paying in full is highly appreciated & welcomed.

2. Please only include your name as a reason for purchase.

3. Final payment must be received before deliverable files are sent out.

An interest fee of 5% will be applied to all late paid invoices. Any invoice unpaid after 14 days of due date will be deemed as canceled and a fee of $30 is applied to restart.

Revision Policy

For all projects issued by TheBrandoc , there is a limit of 3 revisions. Any additional revisions is a fee of $15 per revision. Turnaround times may increase by 1-3 days depending on your request.

Revision Request Example: "Can you change the color, font, & image" This will results in $45

Design Content

It is important to have a vision of some kind for your business so it can be relayed to me. If you want me to freestyle my ideas for your project, keep in mind our creative visions may not match. This can lead to more revisions than needed. It is best to at least have some form of concept on the project you are purchasing. Clients are required to submit all HIGH QUALITY photos and/or verbiage (text) they need for their project. Pixelated photos will result in a subpar look. Please refrain from submitting any dull phone images, screenshots or low quality photos. Please make sure all submitted content is spell checked and not subject to copyright. We do not offer copyright services.

We may revise submitted content if deemed necessary for the project. Any revisions on our end will be communicated first.

Logo Design Process

STEP 1: COLLECTING INFORMATION

I will start research and planning based on the information given to me by you for your project. You will be required to fill out an on-boarding form. Please be as specific as possible, so that I am able to properly execute your vision.

STEP 2: CREATIVE DRAFTS (FIRST DRAFTS)

After planning, I will execute this plan and send the first drafts of your project for you to review. Logo Drafts: You will be sent 3 versions of the logo to choose from. If by chance you are not satisfied with any of the drafts, there will be a required $60 fee for 3 new drafts.

STEP 3: REVISIONS

You will receive 3 free revisions for each service. Any additional revisions are subjected to a $15 fee which must be collected before completion and off-boarding.

Off boarding

As the Client, it is your duty to proofread and approve all elements of the final designs. If there is an error on RoneriaDesigns end (spelling, etc.), Your project will be fixed free of charge. However, changes such as colours, font etc. after final approval will be subject to a $20 revision fee.

All final files of designs are emailed to the client once completed and paid for in full. Files will be sent as a PDF, PNG, or JPG file. These files will be sent via email, Google Drive always.

Deliverables

LOGO FILES - All logos delivered in color & black and white upon request. You'll receive files as transparent PNG.

ALL OTHER DESIGNS - All other designs are delivered as PNG files.

Printing designs are delivered as PDF files as well (business cards, thank you cards, pricelist), but a PDF file can always be requested for any design.

If you need other types of files, please reach out! I will accommodate for free if possible.

WEBSITE DESIGNS - Created in the client's account, the client will have access to the entire process.

Termination

If you, the Client, fails to communicate to emails and messages and no agreement has been made between you and I regarding your project after a one week grace period, the order will be terminated, and the client will have to pay a restart fee of $30.

Waiting on responses/decisions hinders us from closing out projects and moving on to new clients. We understand that life happens. Just openly communicate that with us. Trust, we will do our best to work with you. It is your responsibility as the Client to communicate if there are any delays on your behalf and to be on top of payments once notified.

**This agreement can also be terminated by RoneriaDesigns for the following reasons:

1. Rejection of several designs without giving sufficient criticism or suggestions, leaving the designer to guess what they dislike (“I don’t know what’s wrong. I just don’t like it.”)

2. Requests features that were not in the original agreement, or on the original onboarding form and then refuses to pay for extra services rendered.

3. Makes unreasonable requests, usually with delivery time (“I would like four different versions of the website by tomorrow night, thank you!”I would like the website to be changed from the original request to another design")

4. Is unable to make decisions, forcing the designer to make constant changes to the design.

5. Overly-contact and harassment

If you, the Client, becomes disrespectful, difficult to work with, or harasses during the process, TheBrandoc reserves the right to terminate the project with a 20% refund. You will also be banned from working with me in the future.

Refunds

Both parties may terminate the service at any time, for any reason, if the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. TheBrandoc retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created, if cancellation! If a client cancels after design completion, there will be absolutely NO refunds! There are NO refunds on any given design once design is already started or issued out!

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your project before the design process has begun, please notify me immediately so that this can be noted and processed correctly.
